A: As animal lovers ourselves, we only use high quality faux-fur, faux-leather, faux-down on our products.

Q: Are your products' sizes all same to other retailer sizes?

A: No, we customized our sizing and fit based on hundreds of customer feedback. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing, shoot us a message if you are having any difficulties!

Q: How do I find the right size for my dog?

A: Our styles fit most dogs up to 55lbs, please refer to our size guide before purchasing. For most dogs, chest is the most important measurement. Most of our products are made with cotton and polyester so they are stretchy, if stuck between two sizes always pick the larger of the two.

Q: Does all style have the same measurement?

A: No, each style has its own measurement and size. Please refer to the size chart of each style that you'd like to purchase so you can choose the right one for your beloved pet.
